Mission Statement

The Bureau of Comprehensive Planning is dedicated to planning for a safe, efficient, and equitable transportation network for all of its citizens. 

In order to fulfill this goal, the Bureau of Comprehensive Planning has prepared the following reports, projects, and plans:

• 2023 County Transportation Master Plan
• 2019 Bicycle/Pedestrian Master Plan
• County Consolidated Transportation Plan (CTP) Priority Letters
• Safe Routes to School

The Bureau has also participated in the Long-Range Resilence 2050:  Adapting to the Challenges of Tomorrow
