• May 2019 – NRCS awards grant to Carroll County
• July 11, 2019 – Commissioners award the contract to AECOM
• September 10, 2019 – Contract issued to AECOM to begin work
• October 11, 2019 – Carroll County Times Article regarding study
• February 25, 2020 – Public meeting at South Carroll Senior Center
• February 25, 2021 – Briefing to County Commissioners
