The Conewago Creek watershed is located in the northern portion of Carroll County. The watershed is in the Piedmont physiographic province of Maryland and consists of two (2) major subwatersheds. Conewago Creek is within the Susquehanna River Basin, which is the largest tributary within the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.
