2:30 p.m. ~ Case ZA-2025 for a reduction of a right yard setback from 20’ to 10’ for a detached garage at 1326 Old Westminster Pike, Westminster, MD 21157 by Matthew T. Brooks, according to the Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, Chapters 158.072(E)(G) and 158.130.
