You will learn dough preparation, making sauce, baking techniques, and will dive into the world of focaccia and how to infuse it with herbs, garlic and other delicious ingredients.
This masterclass is highly interactive with plenty of opportunities to get your hands dirty and practice each step. Our experienced chefs will provide personalized instruction and tips ensuring you to gain confidence in your baking skills. You will enjoy a tasting session at the end of the class where you can savor your creations and share feedback with fellow participants.
