Joann Barr

JoAnn Barr started volunteering at the Carroll County Arts Council in the Summer of 2022 and has already had a dramatic impact with her exceptional register skills, excellent sense of humor, and exemplary dedication to support Carroll County’s art programming. She has volunteered for over 44 shifts and 143 hours since she began. When we were desperate for PEEP show volunteers last Spring, JoAnn rose to the occasion and volunteered for the most shifts out of any other volunteers at 16 unique shifts. Although we have been fortunate enough to have many fantastic volunteers this past year, JoAnn stood out as she is not just a regular face around the Arts Center but an avid supporter and friend to fellow volunteers and staff members alike.
