Overview:

It is the policy of Carroll County Government to provide equal access for people with disabilities to all of its programs, services and activities. The policy also provides assistance to County agencies to ensure that their programs, services and activities satisfy the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act.

The ADA Coordinator is responsible for:

Coordinating County agency ADA compliance 
Investigation of any public complaint alleging noncompliance with ADA
