All purchases from the County shall be considered final unless otherwise indicated. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of the agency wherein the purchase was made and shall comply with all relevant County policies and ordinances as dictated by the Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances.
The County reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately after posting.
