Hampstead, MD, April 11, 2025 – As part of Carroll County’s ongoing effort to ensure safe and efficient roadways the Department of Public Works is closing Upper Beckleysville Road on April 11, 2025. The road will be closed to replace the bridge structure until further notice.  Detour routes will be posted.
