Westminster, MD, Monday, September 11, 2023 - Carroll County public transportation system Carroll Transit System (CTS) is asking riders and the community, both residents and businesses, to complete two surveys to collect data regarding community transportation needs in the county. There is a Transit Rider Survey for riders and a second Public Transportation Survey for the community, which riders are also encouraged to take. The deadline to complete the surveys is September 30th.

Survey questions pertain to the quality and availability of the current service as well as asking for feedback on the possible areas for an expansion of service. Responses will be used for future changes or additions to the service and discussions at the Carroll County Transportation Advisory Council meetings.

Those with limited or no internet access can complete the survey by calling (410) 386-5550 or CTS@carrollcountymd.gov to receive a paper copy by mail.
