Westminster, MD, Tuesday, August 27, 2024 – The Carroll County tax office is experiencing high payment processing volumes and is behind schedule in finalizing mailed tax payments. Any resident who has made a full tax payment postmarked on or before July 31st or August 30, 2024, will receive the appropriate discount as noted on their statement.
