Westminster, MD, Thursday, June 27, 2024 – Carroll County Government offices and services will be closed in observance of Independence Day on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5, 2024. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, July 8, 2024.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will be closed on July 4th and reopen on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 8:00 AM.
