Westminster, MD, Tuesday, September 3, 2024 – During the winter of 2020, the Carroll County Department of Public Works (DPW) introduced See Click Report, a mobile app and web-compatible tool giving citizens real-time access to report issues in county-maintained areas, including county roads, water, sewer, and general maintenance.  

Earlier this year, a new section was added to the app called County Park Maintenance. The categories within this new section are more tailored to County Parks (Drainage Issues, Vandalism, Playground Equipment Issues, Paved Trail Cracking & Crumbling, as examples).  DPW urges residents to use this new feature when reporting issues related to parks.

The app digitizes, simplifies, and consolidates internal communication while reducing the number of calls, emails, spreadsheets, and notes. Anyone interested can download See Click Report from the app store or the Carroll County Government website, https://www.carrollcountymd.gov/scr
