Workforce Development Outreach Events Help Residents with Job Search Assistance
Westminster, MD, Wednesday, July 31, 2024 - Carroll County Workforce Development (CCWD) is pleased to offer free job seeker services to the community at a series of Pop-Up American Job Center outreach events at several Carroll County Public Library branches. Residents should visit one of these community events to receive job search assistance from experienced career counselors.
To provide increased access to services, CCWD is holding job seeker service events at the following library branches:
Thursday, August 1st 10 am – 2 pm Taneytown Library
Tuesday, August 13th 10 am – 2 pm Eldersburg Library
Thursday, August 15th 10 am – 2 pm Taneytown Library
Wednesday, August 21st 10 am – 2 pm North Carroll Library
Services, free of charge, include job search advice, resume and interview assistance, connections to local job opportunities, and information about additional career guidance.

Carroll County Workforce Development (CCWD) is an office of the Carroll County Department of Economic Development. CCWD administers the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act in collaboration with the Carroll County Workforce Development Board and is dedicated to employment, training, and workforce development.
