Westminster, MD, Wednesday, February 12, 2025 – Due to the inclement weather, Carroll County Government Office Buildings and the Carroll Transit System will be opening at 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 12th.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will also open at 10:00 am on Wednesday.
