Westminster, MD, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 – Carroll County Government offices will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2025, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. The county will resume business hours on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will be open Monday, January 20th, with normal hours.
