Legal Aid
Carroll County residents who are 60 years or older can get free legal assistance, courtesy of the Bureau of Aging & Disabilities. Services are provided through the Mid-Western Maryland Office of the Legal Aid Bureau. Seniors can call the Legal Aide Bureau at 1-800-679-8813 between 9:00 am and noon on Monday – Friday with questions. Seniors can also attend walk-in clinics that will be held between 1:00 – 4:00 pm at various Carroll County Senior & Community Centers Schedule.
