The Bureau of Fleet Management/Warehouse Operations maintains the County’s vehicles, power equipment, and warehouse inventory.

Fleet Management provides services that include maintenance, inspection, and repair on all County and many governmental partners’ fleet assets, which total roughly 1,100 assets. These include small equipment, medium-duty vehicles, heavy-duty vehicles, construction equipment, first-response vehicles, and many more. The Fleet Management team completes more than 5,000 work orders annually. The Bureau is also responsible for managing vehicle and equipment replacement plans and the County’s fuel station at the Maintenance Center.

Warehouse Operations inventories over 1,500 products ranging from shovels and rakes, to cleaning supplies, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). These products are sourced, processed, and delivered by the Bureau to County agencies and partners.
