WESTMINSTER, MD, Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - On Wednesday, January 10, 2024, the Mount Airy Senior and Community Center, located at 703 Ridge Avenue in Mount Airy, will be closed from 8am-10am. The closure is due to an interruption in water service while work is completed to replace a water valve. 

The Carroll County Bureau of Aging and Disabilities will reevaluate at 10am to determine if the center can reopen at that time.  In the event the center can reopen, lunch meals will be provided to members.   If the center does not reopen, members who ordered meals may receive a lunch at any of the other four senior centers. In that case, we ask that members call ahead to alert the respective center staff. Mount Airy residents are also invited to participate in activities in any of the other four senior centers:

North Carroll Senior Center (410-386-3900)

Taneytown Senior Center (410-386-2700)

Westminster Senior Center (410-386-3850)
