Westminster, MD, Tuesday, August 8, 2023 – Due to the outstanding work and fast response of public works and BGE, power has been restored to Carroll County Government offices. Buildings and services will open today Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 1:00 pm.

Roads closures, hazards and power outages are still present throughout the county and expected to exist throughout the day or longer, so the community should continue to use extreme caution.

Also:

The Resource Recovery Park (Northern Landfill) is fully open at this time with all services available.

Trailblazer will remain closed today. On demand service will run if possible.
